Top Performer rated his Confidence a 2 out of 10.

What this one proves: confidence rebuilds without touching technique. His own scorecard went 2/10 to 9/10.

Every big meeting, the same thought: you shouldn't be in this room.

Everyone else seems like a natural. Polished. Articulate. You're sure you're the only one winging it.

And hiding it takes work.

That's where Luke was when he started.

The Before

Luke was a BDR at Chainguard, working strategic enterprise accounts in cybersecurity.

Before that, two years at Cloudflare as the top BDR in his territory. Never missed target. 150%+ every quarter.

None of it registered. On his onboarding scorecard he rated his confidence in meetings and high-pressure moments at 2 out of 10.

He described himself as:

Scattered, Stressed and Doubtful.

The statement that resonated most:

"I often feel I'll get found out."

In his own words:

"I'd work Sundays to feel ready for Monday, spend evenings catastrophising about missing target or getting passed over for promotion, and be half-present all weekend. I'd also started questioning whether the career was right for me."

His fiancée told him she didn't care about the money. She wanted him present.

He'd tried sales training. He'd started journaling more than once and never kept it going.

The pattern stayed.

The Work

The evidence challenge came first. We asked what evidence he had that he wasn't good enough.

He listed the reasons easily. Then the other list: the evidence that he was.

The second list buried the first: successful across four industries, landed Cloudflare with zero sales experience, best BDR in his territory, taught himself music production and keyboard.

He couldn't make the old story hold up against that list.

He also built a hard stop at the end of every working day. Brain dump, close the open loops, phone locked away.

Daily meditation. Music back in his evenings, something he'd dropped because work felt too serious for hobbies.

The grind itself had been the proof he was trying:

"You can convince yourself you're doing the right thing just because you're exhausted."

Then Luke missed a monthly target for the first time in his career. The old version would have spiralled for days.

This time he asked what evidence the fear had, found none, made peace with the miss and kept going.

This is a small fraction of what twelve weeks of the Sellers OS actually covered.

The After

His manager rated him the best BDR on the team and started championing his promotion to AE.

Calm in the meetings that used to spike him. Sundays handed back to his family. Fully present with his daughter and fiancée at weekends.

His fiancée noticed before he did:

"She said I seemed lighter."

The statement on his scorecard flipped too:

"I often feel I'll get found out" became "I often feel calm and in control."

And it held. Months after the programme ended, the tools were still running unprompted:

"When negative thinking creeps in I ask what evidence there actually is to back it up. Usually there isn't any."

Confidence in high-pressure moments:

2/10 to 9/10.

Evenings fully switched off:

0-1 a week to 4-5.

Bounce-back from a setback:

Several days to hours.

Same desk. Same targets. A different operating system underneath.

"Stop assuming working harder is the answer. If you're already grinding and nothing is shifting, something else is going on."

From Luke's Testimonial

"How much of it was about identity, not technique. I expected tactics. What I got was a proper look at how I was thinking about myself and my role."
"Before, I'd be building worst-case scenarios by the evening. Now I journal what's still open, close the laptop, and move on. The day ends when the day ends."
"Without question. It's shown up in results, in my relationship, and in how I feel. Yes, I'd do it again."
