My journey: From high-performer to coach

I rose quickly in tech sales, became a 4x Presidents Club winner, #1 Global Seller and hit 17 consecutive quarters of overachievement.

But behind the success, I battled anxiety, imposter syndrome, self-doubt, day to day stress and burnout.

I saw the struggles in my friends and colleagues in sales. They were either performing or paying too high a cost for it, or not performing and struggling with overthinking. Either way, never truly in control of themselves, or their lives.

I realised the real challenge wasn't sales itself - it was managing myself in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.

Then I discovered Coaching and built the method I wish I'd had

After burning out for the second time, I took three months away from sales to reflect on what had gone wrong. Not with my skills - with me. I discovered coaching and it addressed the thing nobody in sales talks about:

How to manage yourself under constant pressure.

I became a Qualified Personal Performance Coach with the Association for Coaching. Now I help salespeople who are where I was - performing on paper, struggling underneath. I help them proactively build the personal operating system I only ever stumbled into - and kept losing because nobody taught me how to maintain it.
