My journey: From high-performer to coach
I rose quickly in Tech Sales, became a 4x Presidents Club winner, #1 Global Seller and hit 17 consecutive quarters of overachievement.
But behind the success, I battled anxiety, imposter syndrome, self-doubt, day to day stress and burnout.
I saw the struggles in my friends and colleagues in Sales. They were either performing or not performing, feeling unfulfilled, stressed chasing the next deal, but never feeling truly in control.
I realised the real challenge wasn't Sales itself - it was managing myself in a high-pressure, target-drive role.


Then I discovered Coaching and everything changed
After experiencing burnout and taking three months to step back and reflect, I realised coaching filled the exact gap I had struggled with for many years. Had I discovered it sooner, my performance would have been stronger, my stress lower and my career more sustainable.
So, I left the Corporate world and became a Qualified Personal Performance Coach with the Association for Coaching. I am now dedicated to helping Sales professionals who were in the position I was in, to perform at a high-level - without sacrificing their well-being.
