Six sessions. From bad experience to Cloudflare.

What this one proves: confidence rebuilds fast. Six sessions between out of work and Cloudflare.

You know you're good at this. Somewhere underneath the noise, you know. You just can't feel it right now.

Every piece of feedback lands like a personal punch.

And everyone else in the room seems to belong there in a way you don't.

That's where Daisy was when she started.

The Before

Daisy was a mid-career SaaS seller with experience at major enterprise tech companies.

She'd left her last enterprise role after an exit bad enough that she stopped trusting her own ability. By the time she started coaching, she'd been out of work for five months.

She described her resting state as:

"a constant state of fight or flight, always on edge."

Presentations meant dry run after dry run until she was exhausted.

And then the self-punishment:

"I then beat myself up, like with a crowbar, like internally. Then I finally am not exhausted from it."

She'd already started the self-directed work: reading, meditation, and an evidence-testing exercise she'd found herself.

She was hungry for change. What she didn't have was a structure, or anyone holding her to it.

The Work

Most of the work was Mindset. Daisy learned how limiting beliefs form neurologically: how the amygdala hijacks rational thought, how confirmation bias reinforces the worst stories you tell yourself.

The reframing technique gave her a way to interrupt the cycle mid-spiral, and she used it the same week.

Then she caught herself:

"I don't want to get ahead of myself because I go from one end of the pendulum to the other."

Even her optimism was something she didn't trust yet.

The first real test was a high-stakes interview presentation, landing the same week as a birthday weekend away. The old version of her would have ruined the weekend.

Instead she broke the task down rationally, prepped in small pockets, stepped away, and enjoyed the birthday. Then delivered the presentation.

Her words afterwards:

"A massive realisation that you can just achieve the end goal without putting your mind and body through torture."

On Energy, she went from zero consistent exercise to CrossFit four times a week, inside a non-negotiable 5am morning routine: meditation, fitness, journaling, dog walk.

On Focus, the LOOP Method became her operating system. She began applying it on her own, to enterprise territory planning, to difficult personal conversations, to managing relationships at work.

Six sessions of the LOOP Method, and that's only the part that fits on a page.

The After

Five months out of work when she started. Six sessions later, she walked into Cloudflare as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive.

Time spent ruminating and spiralling into negative self-talk:

Down 80%, by her own measure.

She stopped comparing herself to everyone in the room. And she started coaching friends and family with the same tools.

Same seller. Same market. A different operating system walking into the room.

"I feel like I've been reborn."

From Daisy's Testimonial

"Compared to when I started, I feel like I've undergone a mental reset. I'm more at peace, more grounded, and far more intentional with how I live and lead. This isn't just about mindset - it's about mastering the self."

If every imperfect performance ends with you beating yourself up, the next step is a conversation, not a commitment.
