Six sessions. From bad experience to Cloudflare.

You know you’re good at this. Somewhere underneath the noise, you know.
But right now you can’t feel it.
Every presentation triggers overthinking.
Every piece of feedback lands like a personal punch.
You’re doing dry run after dry run until you’re exhausted, and then - only then - your brain lets you think straight.
And the worst part isn’t the pressure.
It’s what you do to yourself afterwards.
That’s where Daisy was when she started.
The Before
Daisy was a mid-career SaaS seller with experience at major enterprise tech companies.
She’d left her latest enterprise role after a brutal experience that shattered her confidence.
By the time she started coaching, she’d been out of work for five months.
She described herself as being in:
“A constant state of fight or flight, always on edge.”
She was overthinking everything.
Beating herself up after every imperfect performance.
Putting everyone else on a pedestal while tearing herself down.
In her own words:
“Once I’ve not had a good run, I then beat myself up, like with a crowbar, like in my head. Then I finally am not exhausted from it.”
She’d started doing some self-directed work - reading, meditation, journaling.
She was hungry for change.
But she didn’t have the framework or the accountability to make it stick.
The Work
Daisy’s programme was six sessions. The speed of what happened is part of the story.
The programme worked across Energy, Mindset, and Focus - with Mindset as the primary lever.
On Mindset, Daisy learned how limiting beliefs form neurologically - how the amygdala hijacks rational thought, how confirmation bias reinforces the worst stories you tell yourself.
The reframing technique gave her a way to interrupt the cycle in real time. She called it game-changing.
Then she caught herself:
“I don’t want to get ahead of myself because I go from one end of the pendulum to the other.”
Even her optimism was something she didn’t trust yet.
The first real test came when she had a high-stakes interview presentation for a new job - while away for an important birthday.
The old version of her would have ruined the weekend.
Instead, she broke the task down rationally. Prepped in small pockets. Stepped away.
Trusted herself. Enjoyed the birthday.
Delivered the interview presentation.
She described it as:
“A massive realisation that you can just achieve the end goal without putting your mind and body through torture.”
On Energy, she started CrossFit four times a week from zero consistent exercise.
She built a non-negotiable morning routine that worked for her - 5am, meditation, fitness, journaling, dog walk.
On Focus, the LOOP method became her operating system.
She began applying it independently - to enterprise territory planning, to a difficult personal conversations, to managing internal relationships at work.
The After
Six sessions. Five months out of work. And Daisy walked into Cloudflare as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive.
Her self-reported changes from where she began:
Confidence up over 60%.
Inner belief up 70%.
Focus up 50%.
Energy up 60%.
Time spent ruminating and spiralling into negative self-talk: down 80%.
She stopped comparing herself to everyone in the room and started being her own cheerleader.
She started coaching friends and family using the same tools.
“I feel like I’ve been reborn.”
From Daisy's Testimonial:
“Compared to when I started, I feel like I’ve undergone a mental reset. I’m more at peace, more grounded, and far more intentional with how I live and lead. This isn’t just about mindset - it’s about mastering the self.”
